Trapped Part 18

(Petra's POV)

There wasn't much to do. All we could do was talk about how to get out of here, yet I was glad that we were all together. Jesse walked up to Ivor, who was trying to look in Lukas' journal, he noticed him, "Hello, Jesse, how can I help you?" He asked. "Good afternoon, grandpa." he smiled. Axel and Olivia looked at Jesse, and started laughing like crazy. "Grandpa? I'm not that old!" He said. "Would you prefer me calling you father?" Jesse asked. "No, I am not your father, and you know that." Ivor said. Jesse pretended to be surprised, "You mean I'm adopted?!" Jesse asked. Then we all started laughing, even Ivor.

Then we heard an explosion so loud, I fell to the floor. My ears rang. I looked around. There was a giant hole in the wall. I got to my feet. Everyone was okay. "Guys! Guys! We need to get out of here!" I heard a familiar voice say. I turned around, it was Lily. "Where were you?!" Jesse asked. "I'll explain everything later, but they're probably coming for us! Let's go!" Lily said. She ran and we followed her. "Come on, this way!" She yelled. I heard footsteps behind us. They were after us. I saw the portal, we just had to make it a little farther. Then I heard a Ghast scream. "LOOK OUT!" Jesse yelled and pushed me. I heard an explosion. I turned around, Jesse was alive but there was a bad burn on his leg, "I'm fine, I'm fine, come on, we need to keep running." He helped me up and we kept running. I could hear the footsteps behind us getting louder. I felt like my lungs were about to explode, but I kept running. I heard a Ghast scream again, I turned around and it was aiming right at the portal. "Come on! We need to hurry!" Jesse yelled, everyone else went through the portal, right before I went in the portal, I felt intense heat behind me.

We were back in the overworld. "That was WAY too close for comfort. Shouldn't we worry about them getting through?" I asked. "No, the Ghast probably blew up the portal, no way they're getting through." Lily said. "So what happened?" I asked. "I managed to escape Mike once he found out I was speaking to you, you do not want to mess with him when he's in a bad mood. I planned how to rescue you guys. I realized the answer was simple. TNT, we should've used it in the first place. So I busted you guys out." Lily said. "It would have been nice if you came earlier." I rolled my eyes. "At least we're finally back. Let's go home, there's probably monsters lurking everywhere." Jesse said. We walked through the field. The reason we built the portal far away from home is just in case a wither skeleton or other monster came out of the portal. If it was close to town then it would attack everyone. Town was probably a mile away. I looked at Jesse, "Thanks for saving me." I said. "It was nothing." Jesse said. "You saved my life. Don't tell me that burn doesn't hurt." I said. "It doesn't." Jesse said. "Liar." I said. He faintly smiled. "Fine, ya caught me. So, uh, there's been something I've been meaning to tell you." He said. "Yeah, what is it?" I asked, "Well--" Jesse said, then I felt a sharp pain go through my back. "Oh my Notch! Petra!" Jesse said. I heard an enderman shriek. An enderman and impaled me with his claws. I didn't even look at him. I fell on my knees. I turned around, the enderman stared at me, just like the same enderman that had killed Jesse in my dream about 3 days ago. He growled at me and teleported away. "Guys!" Jesse yelled. "It's okay..." I said. I managed to get on my feet. "We need to get you to a hospital." Jesse said. "Okay, but if I don't make it--" I said. "Don't say that. You will. Save your strength, we'll talk about it later." Jesse said, he turned to Lily. "Lily, you know about stuff like this right?" He asked. "Yeah, luckily I got a healing potion on me." Lily said. My vision was darkening. "Petra! Stay with us! You're going to be just--"

I passed out.
